By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.

2. Description of the Service

Postiztk provides tools for scheduling, managing, and publishing content on supported social networks including TikTok, Threads, Reddit, and Bluesky. Access to features may vary depending on platform limitations and API permissions.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must authenticate with supported third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok). You are responsible for maintaining your account security, authentication tokens, and login credentials.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service relies on third-party APIs (including TikTok, Threads, Reddit, and Bluesky). You acknowledge and agree that:

• Your use of each platform is governed by that platform’s own terms and policies.
• AIVision is not responsible for outages, API restrictions, or changes introduced by third-party platforms.
• Posting capabilities depend on permissions granted by the user during OAuth authorization flows.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity, including but not limited to:

• Posting prohibited content on supported platforms
• Spamming or automated mass-posting beyond allowed limits
• Attempting to bypass platform restrictions or rate limits
• Interfering with the security or integrity of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Postiztk Service, its branding, and all software components are the intellectual property of AIVision. You retain ownership of all content you upload or schedule.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Service may store scheduling information, OAuth tokens, and account metadata necessary for functionality.

8. Termination

AIVision may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, misuse of the API integrations, or harmful activity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AIVision does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with all external APIs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIVision is not liable for any damages arising from:

• API outages or third-party platform failures
• Loss of content, scheduled posts, or authentication tokens
• Misuse of the Service by the user

11. Changes to These Terms

AIVision may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
